1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ak55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ak55 platform — including its website, games, betting markets, promotions and customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

2. Eligibility

• You are using your own funds for deposits and are not depositing funds on behalf of another person or entity.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on ak55, you must register a player account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current and complete information. The following conditions apply to all ak55 accounts:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one account. If ak55 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and all balances forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ak55 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however ak55 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. ak55 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ak55 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specific to each promotion. The following general bonus terms apply across all ak55 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus balance and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• ak55 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, including after a bonus has been credited, if it determines that the offer was claimed in breach of these Terms or in an abusive manner.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household. ak55 defines a "household" as any group of individuals sharing the same device, IP address or registered payment method.
• Bonus expiry dates apply. Bonus funds that have not been used within the time specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice.

ak55 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time and for any reason without prior notice, subject to any obligations ak55 has already incurred in relation to that promotion.

6. Responsible Gaming

ak55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that gambling on the platform remains a form of entertainment. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings at any time.
• Session time limits: players may set limits on the duration of individual playing sessions.
• Cooling-off period: players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a player-defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.

ak55 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in the investigation of any illegal activity. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed and any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ak55 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, betting interfaces and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of ak55 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the ak55 platform without the express prior written consent of ak55. Any unauthorised use of the platform's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak55 excludes all liability for loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Without limiting the foregoing, ak55 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions or other platform errors beyond ak55's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, game outcomes or promotional material.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if ak55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ak55's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to ak55 collecting and using your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ak55 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
